Site conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing or hidden site conditions, including damage to private underground installations that were not disclosed and marked by the client before work began.

Living materials

Lawns, plants and trees are living materials. Their establishment and survival depend on weather, soil, pests and the client's watering and care, and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Winter conditions

Snow removal reduces, but cannot eliminate, the risks associated with winter. Ice and slippery conditions can form at any time, including between scheduled visits. Clients and visitors remain responsible for exercising caution and for applying abrasives between visits.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amounts actually paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Quebec law.
